What is your store's return and exchange policy? What if something is wrong with my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong order was sent to you. Please contact us with a photo of the wrong item and we will get back to you shortly.

Where is the store based? Do you ship internationally?

I'm based in Singapore, the sunny island set in the sea, and yes, I ship worldwide! However, due to the pandemic, postal dispatches are starting to be disrupted. Please check here for updates to see if your country is affected before placing an order: If you still place an order when your country's postal system is suspended, or if your country gets affected midway, I will drop you an e-mail and hold your parcel till it's clear to be sent off.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders to Singapore, Malaysia, and Tracked orders to selected countries will be sent within a week. For orders via normal mail, items will be shipped out within 3~4 weeks after the order is placed. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. e.g. approx 3 weeks to the US, and 12 weeks to Brazil. Due to the pandemic, please expect some delays.

Does my order come with tracking? Normal Mail vs Tracked Mail

All orders are sent via NORMAL MAIL by default, with NO tracking capabilities. Once it is sent out, there will be nothing I can do to help you. This option is restored so customers can have a more affordable shipping choice. We will not be responsible for any loss for normal mail. There will be an option to upgrade to TRACKED MAIL to be able to track your order.
With tracked mail, the parcel is covered by insurance up to SGD68/USD45 if lost, excluding shipping fee. However, it cannot be claimed if the parcel is marked as "Delivered" or "Stuck in Customs". Thank you for your understanding! :)

There are cases where the tracking stops updating after entering destination country, so please take note! However, these are the countries in which tracking has been tested and works: France, India, Italy, Spain, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Chile, Austria, Israel, United Kingdom, Philippines (partial)

What currency is it in, and How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The currency is in USD, and the checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web, with securities and payment fraud protection. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club is accepted. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

How do I re-ink my stamp?

It's really simple! You just have to drip a few droplets of ink onto the stamp surface and leave it for a while to let the ink seep through! Hope that helps, and Happy Stamping !! :D
